MOLDING  ROTARY

Since 1986, PCG has provided rotary insert molded components to our customers. Our robotically loaded Arburg and Nissei molding presses provide a wide platform of part sizes to fit your needs, with shot sizes ranging from one gram to forty grams in a broad spectrum of engineering and commodity resins.

With rotary molding, we can encapsulate a “loose piece” insert. The resulting product can be part of another assembly, or a finished product unto itself.
