MOLDING  PROTOTYPE

Our in-house prototype capabilities allow us to offer pre-production parts that mimic actual production methods, ensuring design integrity and expediting the production phases of development. In some instances, tooling from the proto-types can be used in production tooling.
 

We have developed standardized mold bases that allow us to proto-type products in either a two-plate or three-plate environment, emulating actual production molding processes. The use of pull-ahead cavities for proto-typing purposes can expedite time to market and provide cost benefits.
