MOLDING  MATERIALS

PCG  utilizes all of the plastic resins. These include LCP, PBT, PET, Peek, ABS, PC and high temperature nylons to name a few. We apply a high level of process controls and expertise in all our molding operations. We strive to provide you with the highest quality product in the least possible amount of time.

Before the mold is designed, a thorough analysis is completed in MoldFlow MPI. This program evaluates: fill time/fill confidence, pressure, warp analysis, and knit lines. We also have experience using high temperature PEEK material.
