MOLDING  CAPABILITIES

Our production molds range from single cavity three-plate design, to multi cavity expandable hot runners. We utilize a broad spectrum of resins in our state of the art Nissei presses with highly trained technicians. These resins include LCP, PBT, PET, PVC, Peek, Polycarbonates, and high temperature nylons to name a few.

We utilize horizontal presses, rotary presses, and vertical reel-to-reel presses to offer the correct size machine with the shot size needed for your product. Our reel-to-reel presses are fitted with a proprietary feed unit. We also have in-line vision inspection on critical products.
